I didn’t get the run-around like I sometimes do when calling a doctor’s office. Actually went twice in one day, once for me and again for husband. My wait was quite long bc they were busy, but he was able to get in much quicker that afternoon. Saw employees cleaning between patients and there are sound machines in the rooms for privacy. Over all I was impressed! Even had a couple Easter eggs to entertain my toddler once I got into the room.
