I recently took my daughter in for a sick visit, Misty, the NP, was excellent. I was happy with my visit until I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card, after I chose to not leave my card on file. I authorized a charge of $81.87 for a balance due when I was presented at the time of the appointment. I am a veteran and i went to the Fast Pace Urgent Care in Tell City on Wednesday July 26th to be treated for my shoulder and i was refused service because the only thing they were worried about an insurance card. I have been treated there previously and i had the receptionist look up my previous visit and she saw that the VA had paid for my services which that was her only concern which she saw that they paid before but still refused to service me.
