I didn’t get the run-around like I sometimes do when calling a doctor’s office. Actually went twice in one day, once for me and again for husband. My wait was quite long bc they were busy, but he was able to get in much quicker that afternoon. Saw employees cleaning between patients and there are sound machines in the rooms for privacy. Over all I was impressed! Even had a couple Easter eggs to entertain my toddler once I got into the room. Prompt service. Only negative is that supplement from Medicare wasn’t accepted so bill was 185.00 out of pocket. Some family have used services and were pleased.

I was really feeling rough! I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the young lady that took all of my information was really kind & didn’t rush through anything. Then, Sara came in and she was really sweet & kind too! No rushing, took her time and then decided what to do! I would return.

The nurse practitioner was very good. You could tell her something she was listening to what I said. She asked me several questions that were good on getting to better describe my symptoms.
