Nathan’s mom here. We got the strep test and a script which was the purpose of the visit. It all seems so unorganized. I made an appointment for 13:00. I uploaded my ID and our ins card, in hopes that it would streamline the visit to get us in and out. When we got there they still had to scan my ID and ins card. We weren’t seen at our assigned time. There was only one pt in the back, who left soon after our arrival, and one pt ahead of us. We were seen 30 mins after our scheduled appointment and even when we w... read more
