From the time I walked in and I was really really feeling rotten, the process was made smooth and stress free. The receptionist was very nice and friendly and very helpful did not rush u thru process or get gruyabout questions. The triage person was also super nice and friendly very helpful, acted like true concern, was so very nice and helpful, made u feel totally comfortable, then the Dr was also exceptionally nice Took plenty of time Explained what was going on, what to expect next etc made sure u could ask any ques... read more

Let me say that everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. I do have some issues. Firstly, the waiting room was extremely hot. The windows maybe could use some shades of some kind to block the suns heat as it’s setting. Next, nobody introduced themselves to me. One girl came in and just started asking questions. Wanted my family medical history, all the medications I was taking and for me to explain what had happened. I’m thinking she’s the Doctor, nurse practitioner or PA.
