Let me say that everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. I do have some issues. Firstly, the waiting room was extremely hot. The windows maybe could use some shades of some kind to block the suns heat as it’s setting. Next, nobody introduced themselves to me. One girl came in and just started asking questions. Wanted my family medical history, all the medications I was taking and for me to explain what had happened. I’m thinking she’s the Doctor, nurse practitioner or PA. The insurance (champ va) wasn't inputted or located as the front reception stated costing us to pay out of pocket for a service provided by our insurance. When asked could we be billed the receptionist was adamant again that she would get in trouble if she didn't collect payment again for a service our insurance provides and pays for. Not happy at all.
