Had to leave a message but none of one got back with me !
Was tested for Covid, flu and strep. All three were negative which is great. Was never told what the dr thought was going on never got a diagnosis was just given some steroids and told I could return to work the next morning. Needless to say the next morning I could barely get out of bed and feel worse than before. To pay a crazy amount of money not to even get a diagnosis is crazy. That’s what we pay you for. Now I’m probably going to have to go to the hospital and spend more money I don’t have.

Had infected tick bite
Forget the on-line sign in. Two walk-ins seen before me who arrived after I did. Yes, I know the on-line sign in is an estimated time, but really, almost a two hour wait when I was number two to be seen when i arrived??? Why have the on-line sign in if it isn't being used???
They opened at one I was the first in and 5 min later another lady walked in. Front registration was great and got me done quick. I sat there for an hour before I was seen by doctor while gossip about their life went on in the hallway and I could hear everything. Unacceptable wait time. For what I was in there for I should have been out in 30 min max.
Well let me start by saying that the nurse practitioner was very nice and accommodating. The wait time was ok considering the amount of sickness going around. What struck me as odd was the triage nurse and the receptionist about had a fist fight right in the middle of the waiting room with a packed house. Voices were raised very loudly between the two and I do not think that a place of business should conduct themselves as such.
After a 2 hours wait my sine was seen. He has a simple case of pink eye. The provider assured me she would prescribe eye drops (an ointment is an alternative). When I picked up the prescription it was ointment. The called to get the correct medicine. It took multiple calls with long holding to finally get what I was assured we would have the first time.
