Let me say that everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. I do have some issues. Firstly, the waiting room was extremely hot. The windows maybe could use some shades of some kind to block the suns heat as it’s setting. Next, nobody introduced themselves to me. One girl came in and just started asking questions. Wanted my family medical history, all the medications I was taking and for me to explain what had happened. I’m thinking she’s the Doctor, nurse practitioner or PA. Had to leave a message but none of one got back with me !
Was tested for Covid, flu and strep. All three were negative which is great. Was never told what the dr thought was going on never got a diagnosis was just given some steroids and told I could return to work the next morning. Needless to say the next morning I could barely get out of bed and feel worse than before. To pay a crazy amount of money not to even get a diagnosis is crazy. That’s what we pay you for. Now I’m probably going to have to go to the hospital and spend more money I don’t have.

Forget the on-line sign in. Two walk-ins seen before me who arrived after I did. Yes, I know the on-line sign in is an estimated time, but really, almost a two hour wait when I was number two to be seen when i arrived??? Why have the on-line sign in if it isn't being used???
