I've been here twice, both times absolutely horrible. The woman at the front desk never greets anyone with a smile, and the actual Dr isn't professional whatsoever. She couldn't give me a diagnosis but was able to write out 5 prescriptions for me to pick up. Unable to tell me what they were for. I'd advise another location.
We made an appointment online for my mother. When we arrived I went in to tell them we were here and she took my number and said we will call you when we're ready for you. Our appointment was at 2:11 and they called around 2:30. We were out by 3. Receptionist, nurses and doctor very professional and took great care of my mother's needs. No doctors or PRNs are available on Fridays so I'm very grateful our small city of Waverly has Fast Pace.
The heath care is the best. But as far as behavioral health it's trash. My wife has mental issues and seeing Erica. My wife had two missed appointments. One due to weather knocking out our Internet, and other was family emergency. When my wife called back to reschedule, Erica dismissed her from the whole behavioral health. Now my wife can see any of the mental health providers. Very upset that Erica can make a call like that. This isn't school getting in trouble for returning without a doctor's statement. Was going to give it 4 stars due to the wait time since the app said that I was first in line when I got there, but they let two people ahead of me. However, both the nurse and the doctor spent extra time with me, covering not only what I came in for, but a couple of things I had not even thought about. Meaning they were very thorough. So the four stars went to a five star
Long wait but that was expected being the day after Christmas and the amount of illness in the area. The care was great and everyone was so polite and helpful. I walked in pain and after treatment I felt a lot better. Thank you so much to Fast Pace if Waverly and all that work there.
