This appt. Seemed to b more thorough than previous ones. The wait time seemed a little long. I finally have some hope of getting better

I am assuming you were talking about the Behavioral zoom visit. I had just reviewed my in office visit from Monday at the Waverly office. So, behaviorally speaking, Shandy and I are trying to find the right medication fit for me. My psychiatrist over 14 years now retired, so it looks like I have to start all over in getting something that will actually help me sleep and dealing with my anxiety
