I’m experience was less than stellar. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for a drug test. I called to make an appointment at another location and the machine for the drug test was broken. I was sent to another location 20 minutes further. I was told I could walk in. There were 4 people in the waiting room 3 of us for drug test. Knowing that you are unable to use the restroom because it’s a drug test and you have to wait 2 1/2 hours. We checked in around 11:00. It took awhile for the lady at the front desk to even acknowledge we were there. Then her response was curt. We were told the wait would be 2-21/2 hours but we could check in and come back. We came back at the designated time and still had an extensive wait. The people in the back were friendly, but even back there we had an extended wait time. I do not plan on returning.

I came in for a strep test because my daughter had tested positive for it and my throat was raw. They decided to do a flu test as well. When they handed me the paperwork and told me both were negative, I didn’t question it but after I left, I noticed both papers were identical and only had the flu results. I called back this morning and told the receptionist what happened. She kept getting defensive about the whole situation. She told me I was wrong and they had given me results for both. I arrived at 1030. They said an hour wait. I came back at 1130 as directed. Waited another hour. Went to visiting room. Waited 15 to 20 minuted. Doctor tells me in 1 minute nothing is wrong with me and gave me cough medicine No meds nothing. Says come back if i feel worse. Next day. Im sick with fever and all. I u set stand you were low on staff that day, but not make the patients feels so rushed as a result. We need our questions answered and not feel like cattle being herded through the gates. Hire some one to clean the facility. It was dirty and unkept looking.

The person who checked me out barely came close to me and asked me what I wanted to do. Probably my last time at your facility. I had a 4:19 appt, it was 6:00 before I left there.

The doctor was not in but just a couple of minutes. I felt like I didn’t get the treatment I needed. I’m worse today than when I went in.

Front desk nurse was kind. Nurse/MA that took me to my room was kind. NP that assessed me had poor assessment skills and gave poor recommendation. Pretty much a do nothing and half an assessment. Listened to only upper lobes with upper respiratory symptoms, I complained of swollen lymph nodes and tender sinuses but never assessed.
