The Doctor/Physician’s Assistant was great and very thorough. The wait to be put in a room was way too long. I waited 1 hr. 55 minutes to be put in an exam room. Was at the facility a total of 2 1/2 hrs. The lobby was cold. I had on two wool sweaters and a wool coat and was still cold. I have since been firmed that you can actually schedule an appointment to be seen rather than wait forever. If I require your services again, I will definitely schedule an appointment.

Place was pretty dirty and receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. Doctor was nice and helpful but place needs to be cleaned up and painted.

The receptionist was extremely rude. Kept telling me 3-4 times that I put child under my name instead of mother. It was a simple mistake that I made. She was loud about it telling other people in the clinic. The NP didn’t ask me if I wanted liquid antibiotic or pill. My son is 13 has autism and epilepsy but he has been swallow pills since he was 5.

The front desk worker was rude. I had an appointment time but waited for 2 hours. Only was seen because I was about to walk out. Because my child was screaming at that point they didn’t look at him properly and rushed through his appointment. The office is also extremely dirty. I understand that it is an urgent care and not a regular doctors office but they shouldn’t have you set appointment times if they are going to be 2 hours off of that time.

I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, the treatment I received yesterday when I took my grandmother to your urgent care clinic was the worst experience I’ve ever gone through. Your nurse practitioner, Crystal Hood should NOT be in charge of medical care for patients after the disgusting behavior she displayed last night. I usually do first Care zoom meetings when my kids doctors are booked so they can at least get a note for that day and so I can get them into the normal doctor. This one Dr Jessica has seen my kids quite a few times. And we just learned that one of my daughters is having some heart issues but it's all under control because she's been at her normal doctor in the hospital and had all the test and more likely it's due to stress. Appt for sports physical was at 5. Nurse practitioner was great but place was packed. Once we got in room I asked what they were seeing a lot of and the nurse said covid. Very few people had on masks and I didn’t notice anyone coming in from their vehicles for appointments. Now here we are 5 days later and I have Covid. Started feeling bad yesterday took test today and it was positive. Would be great if we could go back to either sick people wait in cars or healthy people wait in cars.
