Pretty good service I didn’t give 5 stars because the customer service isn’t always the greatest as it takes a while to get back to you sometimes.

This is the best! Had another internet provider and it was horrible! The true test was when I received the modem it was storming which I would never have service with the satellite but I had service all through the storm! Love it! Best decision!

When I get it connected it works great. Not had anything better. But when I leave and come home I get your not connected to the internet. Have to shut it down 2 or 3 times I have to enter the password over and over again. Not sure what’s going on. But once it’s connected. It’s streams tv perfectly. No buffering. I love that. I would love to see how much WiFi I’m using. I have referred many of my neighbors who have very poor internet. I took it with me in an area wit no service and I had WiFi service. I real... read more

Package arrived early equipment works as described however after repeated I still cannot change the password needs improvement in this area

Heard of the service through a friend and once I signed up they sent me everything in the mail within 24 hours. Getting started was a little rough their equipment was not working good in my area, however they worked pretty hard to send me the right equipment and because I live in the country area, that required them sending equipment multiple times to my home.
