I'm responding back to give an update on a review that I wrote not too long ago. It looks like they finally disconnected the two accounts from each other and corrected the issue concerning my job account being connected to my personal account and how they should have been two different accounts. Hopefully this means that if I have any issues concerning the payment going forward with my personal accounts the jobs internet is not held liable.
I have this internet for the house, my job was looking for a new provider and I recommended Fast Rural. The job gave me permission to set it up and everything was good until my payment did not go through for my own personal account. They disconnected both accounts although the jobs internet was already paid. I explained to them that they were two separate accounts and that this never needed to happen again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. There is no human to provide support. You are required to send a text or email, which might take a week to get a response. They ratchet down your Internet speed. And our final month, the Internet completely shut off 19 days into the month. I requested to shut off service completely and they acted like I had never made this request, even after MULTIPLE requests including a screenshot of the original request.
