If you want: NO customer service on weekends or after 5 pm Monday through Friday.. To never see how much data you've used (no visible proof..only take their word for how much you've used) This internet is for you!!! But ....if you want customer service after 5pm through the week And on the weekends And if you want visible proof of how much data you've used in a month..so you can keep track.. instead of taking a person's word through a text.. I only gave them 1 star because I had to should be - 5 stars. Can't get a hold of any body to help fix problems. Only text or online wait internet don't work. They don't call or text back. It's been the biggest and slowest POS for internet I have used.

I have been a customer with them for over a year now and at first the service was great, a couple of months ago they sent me a new box it's orange they said it was better than the one that I had. It's horrible it hardly ever works and I've complained about it multiple times as of late over the last 3 days we might have had an hour worth of good internet meaning we literally could not get on for the exception of maybe 1 hour. Internet was good the first week now it's not pulling up my apps no way have I used 100gig in just over a week.

I will say this, within the area I live I have had serious issues with the internet, server (Centurylnk) which is a joke, would time out, couldn’t watch TV (connected to WiFi) only one computer running one smart phone for business. Our previous network speed (1.5 mbs) now I have (30-35mbs). Great job! Will never go back to anyone else.
It doesn’t work well on gaming. I didn’t know that when I ordered it.
