The technician was not professional. My internet is still not working right and I have a sevice number from last week and they told me the would schedule and appt with me to fix and they still have not done that! I am paying for a service that is not working properly!
Can’t get anyone to call me back for service. I have had unit up for less then a month it keeps fallling off line. Dish not located in good position and I have requested a relocation but only thing I am told is it’s a 3rd party and they don’t control them. Frustrating that a end user has to suffer.
