Absolutely the worst staff at front desk! Never seen anyone so unprofessional and rude especially for a medical facility. Our first and last time back. Would NOT recommend this establishment

I signed up for an appointment online and received a confirmation. When I went to the clinic I was told there was a 2 hour wait. I work in healthcare and understand 15-30 minute wait times for appointments. I then asked the unfriendly receptionist was that even with a scheduled appointment and she replied yes. Why do you even offer scheduling online urgent care appointments if you are not going to honor them? Don’t bother making an appointment- made an appointment the day before only to be told it was still a 4 hour wait. Nothing “Fast” about this office

Been waiting over an hour with a work injury. I am in pain bad and not once have I been told wait time or anything.
Let me just say I can see why such a low rating! First off the doctor didn’t even say barely two words! She said why you hear showed her the swelling and huge blisters from severe poison ivy reaction she said giving you a shot and prescription. Came back gave the shot and paperwork never once explained anything or even looked at the rest. She didn’t even really look at the arm. Worse experience ever! Arrived early in the day - they said it was a 2+ hour wait but that we could “check in” and then come back at their prescribed time — nearly six hours later — and would get right in. We did this and arrived early for the prescribed time, as they suggested. Doing this had NO EFFECT - we were told the wait would be 1.5 hours. Not very fast at all! I was really sick and i still waited 3 hours! For that amount of time, i should have just went to the Dr.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE, Especially the billing supervisor. I would not recommend and they also bill you instead of insurance .
