I am extremely upset/heartbroken with FastMed Urgent Care. A close friend of mine wasn’t feeling so great today so I told her that maybe we should go to the UrgentCare here in Clayton. We decided to go, when we got there they asked for her ID and Insurance card... we gave her the insurance card and told her that my friends ID wasn’t up to date... the receptionist told me that they weren’t going to be able to check her in since her ID was expired!!! Everything was great until I was able to pull up my X-rays and see they sucked. I used to do X-ray!!!
Waited an hour with only a couple of people in front of us only to be told they are out of flu shots. They made us wait an hour before telling us. They sent us to the one in Garner and here we sit again.
They give you a 230 appt for the family practice to see your new Dr. It's 330 and still nothing
I really didn't like the 1 there in Clayton. I went in 2 do a NC DOT Physical 4 my company. After filling the paper work there were only 2 patient ahead of me. After waiting 4 about an hour i finally went back. I ask the women @ the front desk if they could see what was taking so long. With an attitude she said i had 2 wait. But still they were taking other patients back in ahead of me.
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. When in for a physical exam that was not supposed to take no more that 20-30min. In fact the exam took that, PLUS 2 hrs of waiting time in total. So be ready to be patient.
What a poorly run place. When we sat...there were people there that had been there for hours already. After almost two hours, we went online and made an online appointment for the Fastmed in Garner, left this one, took our paperwork and drove down the street. We were seen in roughly 20 minutes. Not to mention that when I was at the Clayton location, a Hispanic couple were standing at the desk.
