after my discharge papers CLEARLY said to return after 3 days if not feeling better I did with my bronchitis. They took my co pay, made me wait THEN put me in exam room to tell me they can't help me and I should of went to my primary. I should of been told that before wasting my money & time.
I am being generous with one star only because of the nice people waiting with me. An the movie. They treated my daughter terrible as she is 19 and went back on her on. Questioned if I was a doc. No but I am a mom who has seen this in my child many times before. She has white plus pockets in her throat! Left with no antibiotics told it was a virus and take musnex. I am sorry she doesn't have a cold a inflamed sore throats with white pus pockets! I will not be back. An pleas give your nurses people skills training.
I sat and waited for three hours yesterday before I was finally seen. The woman at the front desk was very short and rude. The nurse wasn't rude, but also was not friendly. There was also an episode involving an angry customer coming in very upset about a payment situation. The woman at the front did nothing to remedy this situation, she simply acted as if she didn't care, she didn't care that the woman was upset and she didn't care that a scene was being made in front of all the other patients. Only thing I got bad to say about them is even as my primary doctorI use them show up on time for my appointment and still have to wait an hour plus the one rude lady at the front office I've been going there for two years same old lady same time I have to wait never changes why I go back I don't have a clue misery must love misery I guess the sea are great and the nurse is back is great
Extremely slow. While the staff was extremely kind we waited over 2 hours. Just to be told something simple.
Wait time was long, but staff was very friendly and attentive. Still better than having to sit in an ER and pay a 200 dollar deductible.
For a urgent care you get faster service at an ER. I waited 2 hours and the receptionist still had my Ids. I had to leave to go get my kids from school. Receptionist kept telling people turning over rooms were slow and that they were doing extravagant procedures. Why procedures at a urgent care? So needless to say still sick
Been here for two hours now to see someone. Still no luck. Not how I want to spend my Saturday.
