My wife brought our desperately sick 17 month old here today, here is her account: The 2 hour wait (with only 4 people ahead of us) would not have been horrible, if my daughter was treated properly. Pretty sure a man coughed up both lungs while waiting for over an hour. Absolutely disgusting and horrible experience! I'm writing about the Hwy 70 location. I was left wondering how this location stays in business. The staff there have no business working in the medical field in any capacity (my opinion). After waiting an hour and a half in the lobby, (with 3 others in front of me) and another 55 minutes in a makeshift examination room with shoe prints, and dried blood coughed on the wall, (examination room #7 written on paper and taped to the door) I was able to see a p/a, not the doctor that ... read more
First off I have to say the Dr was great. The staff however I was sitting in the waiting room waiting to get called back when I noticed a women in a wheelchair trying to exit from the back through the door where you are brought in to wait for the dr. Well she was alone and as I got up to help her with the door she fell out of her wheelchair. There was no staff around luckily I caught this women before anything serious might have happened. Well. The staff was very kind, but that's the only good thing. Last Saturday 9/15 We waited for 2 hours, paid $120 co-pay, and left with NOTHING!! She said he had "Virial pink eye" and there was nothing she could do!!! No drops or anything. So we leave- by Wednesday 9/19, it was way worse. I called and they gave us drops. It's now SATURDAY 9/22 and we are in the ER. Finally getting the right stuff!!!! The doctor said the eye drops the prescribed were horrible and to just give them to someone we don't like! To give you an idea of the kind of care you will get, they served 112 patients with one provider on Tuesday (as per staff member).If you like data, that's 6.6 minutes a patient if every minute of their time opened is only patient care. Our last 2 visits resulted in a return visit within the same week because it took 2x and 2 copays to get it right. Went here on a Saturday and I had to prompt conversation when I approached the front desk.. as all three workers stared at me as I walked in. Then, when I do finally speak, I had to guide all conversation. They had attitudes like they didn't wanna be there and I was inconveniencing whatever conversation they were having. I had to do a urine test and they didn't point me to where anything was, they just sat there and cared more about conversing... I had to ask. I was recently there and had a terrible experience I waited in the waiting room for three hours before seeing a doctor. I saw the doctor for about five minutes he ran no test on me, and I was told to go to the emergency room. I paid $150 out-of-pocket I have no insurance it's right before Christmas what a waste of money. The intake nurse should do a better job of asking what is wrong with patients before they take Their money and are not able to run the right tests or help in any way.

Unfortunately I had to pay FastMed for my husbands ear infection visit even after they prescribed a medication that he was allergic to. We ended up having to se an ENT specialist to reverse the damage. $300+ and a month later, my husband finally recovers from the allergic reaction and ear infection. Needless to say, I paid the ENT before FastMed. I called the FastMed billing dept to let them know I would like to pay a portion of the bill now and a portion later. I see the doctor every 3 months in order to get my prescription refill and have always has a quick check in except the last time. I went on 6/30 my appointment was at 4:30 and I got there at 4:00 there was only one other person in the waiting room except for people coming in and out for the test for employers. 5:00 rolled around and no one said anything to me. at 5:30 the nurse let me in took my vitals and said the doctor had 2 other patience to see.
