I just explained what happened in the review. He even took your survey while he was waiting to see the doctor and wrote a complaint on about the poor customer service he was receiving at that time. Regardless if the online check in is not a full appointment it was your staff that failed to execute the proper steps for the visit. Basically, they literally forgot he was sitting there and get him in to see the doctor! 4 hours to late! I have used this FastMed Urgent Care location several times in the past. I was bitten by an insect and needed to be seen. I arrived at 7:40 AM and was the first person in line. When the center opened at 8 AM, I walked in first and two other patients walked in behind me. I was checked in first. Yet, the rude and unprofessional desk attendant proceeded the other two patients' paperwork first and they were called back before me. I complained about not being serviced in the order of arrival. Every year I take my son for his Boy Scouts physical and when I took him last week the woman at the front desk said they don't do physicals anymore. I went to the one located on the 40/42 and the lady at the front desk says they still do physicals and apologized for the woman at Clayton FastMed. I always have a bad experience there. I will no longer go to Clayton FastMed.

There's is nothing urgent about this place, I sat in the place for almost 2 hours waiting for a drug test. I actually watched people leave because it was taking so long and they were not even busy. They had no idea what they were doing and also had very bad attitudes towards people 0/10 never going back here

RUN WHILE YOU CAN. there isn't anything urgent about this place. Had wait for about 2.5 hours while people are who came in after me were seen before me. The pregnant front desk lady is very rude, and unprofessional. She doesn't know the meaning of customer service. She had No clue what she was doing. She had to ask everybody else how to do her job. I went in today to see the doctor about allergy symptoms. Over a dozen people in the waiting room when I arrived, some that said they had been waiting for 2 hours. I was never seen. After waiting over an hour, I went to check my place "in line". Desk staff was very short with me saying they could not estimate a wait time, only that there were 8 patients in front of me. I went to use the restroom and found 3 "white coats" chatting with each other and only one exam room door closed. I finally had to leave to pick up my daughte... read more

The customer service at the front desk was good but the doctors were a joke. I went in with symptoms of the flu, even though it was out of season. I was tested for strep and mono which I was sure I did not have and it turned out I didn't. They basically told me to go home and they did not know what it was. I would have rather gone to an emergency room. I had to pay $50 for nothing and it turns out they overcharged me for my visit. I should have stayed home and waited it out. This is the second time I've been here and only 1 Dr on staff! Lots of people in the waiting area, then they take you back and you wait even longer! This is not Fast and Urgent by no means!!

i just felt like i paid 134.00 and recived nothing in return i came in with congestion influinza ,i knew that i was hopeing for antiviral prescript but was told no to late if nothing was done for me i would sure like a refund so i could get the supplies the PA ask me to purchase
