I’m very pleased with the service, courtesy, patience & attentiveness provided by the administrative personnel & practitioners during each of my 2 recent visits. However, I did have to wait an excessive amount of time to be seen. Once called back the wait wasn’t excessive. Each visit was with a different provider. Both practitioners listened as I explained why I was there, how I felt, and showed genuine concern. Been here twice and amazing experience both times. This last time was the best. I saw Bliss the nurse practitioner and she was amazing. I had gone somewhere prior for treatment of a sinus infection. That physician didn’t even evaluate me or address the fact I couldn’t sleep due to coughing. Bliss did a complete assessment prescribed me medication as well as a cough medication that I could take without the drowsiness. Last night was the first night I have been able to actually sleep. When the local Hospital couldn't help, FastMed did! They got my son right in and was seen within minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful!
They were swamped but I feel like I got better treatment than at my usual provider

We're happy to be there for you when your primary care physician's office is closed or can't fit you in, and the ER is too costly and too long of a wait. I had an ear infection and the staff got me in and out in 10 minutes. Great urgent care. They even saw me on a holiday.
I took my Daughter and we only waited for 10 min and the doctor came in 2 mins after we got into the room.I was very pleased.
