I arrived when it was not busy at all. At 12:15, I waited for over 4 hours and people that had walked in after me continuously were going back ahead of me. I understand the appointments some schedule but if they are walk-ins just as I am then there is no excuse for it. Definitely need a better system of getting people in and out. Update: there was ONE provider there so they were doing the best they could, BUT they need to have more than one provider there on Saturday when they still have the amount of patients that they do.

I do not recommend this place to anyone in actual pain. I sat there for over an hour after giving my insurance card and Id waiting to be called as I have never been there before thought I would have paperwork to fill out. After an hour I got up to go to the bathroom and seriously wish I would have taken a picture. The bathroom had hair which I’m going to assume was pubic hair since it was on the toilet and urine.. the sink was dirty and it looked like there was a specimen lid on the sink I left right then. Staff was half way decent. It was the only place open in Goldsboro on Sunday morning other than the ER. Considering I wasn't dying, I gave this place a chance. I scheduled an appointment the day before (Saturday night). My appointment was at 9:05 and I wasn't seen until almost 11:30. "Fast" is not word I would use for their services. If I'm going to have to wait 2+ hours even after scheduling an appointment, I'll just go to Immediate Care.

I have gone to this location twice now for chronic ear pain, both times I was dismissed. Telling me the ear pain was from coughing and that once I was over my cold the pain would go away. I decided to head to immediate care today, because after 2 weeks of constant pain I knew something was wrong. Turns out I have a double ear infection and a sinus infection that requires antibiotics. I had the unfortunate ordeal of going to Fastmed Goldsboro for a severe allergic reaction. Upon looking at me at the sign in desk, they charged $199. Once I was taken back, they told me they could not help me. Nothing! No shot, no meds, no anything. There was not even a Dr there. The young girl had to call him on the phone. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. I wish I could give it no stars! Way to slow. I took my son and it took over three hours to have him seen and for the dr to only spend 5 minutes with him. They need to change their name to slow med!!!
