check in guy had smart attitude, waited for 45 minutes in room only for Kim to say there's nothing she can do and she also had an attitude
They say no appointment necessary, but then turn you away saying they are only seeing people with appointments....even an hour before closing.
TERRIBLE CARE AND SERVICE - all you care about is the money, not the care or the well being of your patients…my brother, a U.S. veteran had to muster up every last bit of energy to walk through your door with flu and asthma like symptoms just to be turned away. You’re lucky he didn’t pass out in the parking lot and/or behind the wheel, before calling an ambulance. Shame!!!
Clearly says on the door NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!!! Walk in and says by appointment only. Take the sign off the door if you need to make a appointment 🤬🤬
Unprofessional staff. I called before I went to see if they could do a test that I needed for a professional matter. I was told the day before by phone that they had the ability to do it. I arrived and they collected my money, then put me in a waiting area. After some time, they called me to the front and explained they weren’t able to do the test. I had to get a refund. My daughter has chronic UTIs--we now have to wait for resistance cultures to treat to ensure correct antibiotics. Took her on a sat morning because her pediatrcian wasn't available. She was seen pretty promptly, however, we were told her sample would be sent that day--but warned results wouldn't be back for 3-4 days. It's now day five--still no results. it doesn't do any good to make a appointment you always have to wait
-1000000/10 stars. That’s my review. Took 3.5 hours for my son to get back to a room When he had a 4 pm appointment!!!! Why keep taking walk-ins when you know you only have one doctor and have people with appointments????
when I called to make an appointment for a physical I was told that I would have a $20 copay. when I arrived at the Goldsboro NC location I was told there would be a three hour delay and they do not accept insurance for school physicals. I would not recommend them at all. service is terrible and they give incorrect information. they do not care at all and don't deserve the business
