My son waited over 3 hours with out being seen tried to leave just wanted a refund and they talked him into waiting and that they would get someone to check him when they did finally see him they told him he had a sinus infection sent him home with no prescription for an antibiotic when we called back up there to find out why there was no antibiotic we was told oh he has a simple cold??? It's completely ridiculous that you would turn a toddler away simply because his parents didn't have their insurance card with them. Isn't it illegal, or at least unethical, to turn patients away due to insurance status, ability or inability to pay, etc.????
