Zero chance likely to return. I'm new to town, I know no one, I don't even have an established provider yet, and I now have green/gray mucus coming from my throat and chest and know enough that I need an antibiotic. This clinic wants me to wait it out with over the counter medications. Meanwhile I'm trying to start a new job and muddle through it. They had no problem billing my insurance though!! I'm alone and trying to get help on my own.

we went to FastMed on April 7, 2023 and we will not be back and I will not recommend anyone to go there. The front staff was nice and so was the nurse. The doctor's demeanor was ok but not great. The nurse barely swabbed my daughter's throat and our reason for being there was because I could tell she had strep. The nurse said she got a good sample when she probably didn't even touch the back of her throat. Dr. Brian Buddendeck barely looked at her throat. He said the test came back negative and he saw no sign of strep with h... read more

Positives: the support staff and nurses were incredible! So kind and caring. Negatives: the male PA Brian aka Bud did not listen to any of my concerns. I could hear him talking about my chart and determining that I wasn’t actually injured BEFORE he ever stepped into the room. He manipulated my arm even when I asked him to stop due to severe pain. He raised his voice and told me to do what he said or he wasn’t going to help. He said there was “no way I could have dislocated my arm and I probably just pulled a muscle”. He ask... read more

Scheduled for 9:45 arrive at 9:30. Pay for the service upfront 10:30 still waiting to be seen. What’s so Fast about your place. Maybe change your name to something without fast in its name. Other than that staff is friendly.

been here almost 2 hours with an appt, and still haven't seen anyone! front desk lady came in to get our med list and symptoms which should be in our chart and paperwork that I filled out at 245. it's now 425 and still waiting on a nurse to get vitals and run test. I understand that they are short staffed, but they shouldn't keep taking people if they can't see them. I will never be back here again

I took my granddaughter for a covid test over a year ago. I believe it was August or September of 2020. I never received an invoice, call or statement of any kind from them. My granddaughter has insurance that pays 100% for the test. They put the wrong group number in their system causing the insurance company to refuse the charge. They sent the bill to collections without trying to contact me. I received a call from KLS Financial Services a collection agency. They said because I brought her to the office that day I w... read more

it's $250 to get a covid test. American health care is a joke.

I went in with flu symptoms, and was diagnosed with flu and prescribed cough meds and an inhaler. The practitioner was actually very nice and encouraged taking elderberry. However, a week later I called them because I was concerned. At this point my fever had not broken in 9 days and symptoms were getting worse. I told them I was worried my body might be fighting off an infection and described my symptoms. They called me back a little while later and the woman I spoke to on the phone condescendingly giggled about my fever co... read more

FastMed gave me the wrong treatment and was the direct cause of a severe overdose of a medication they administered to me with a neutralizer treatment . Do not waste your time and money on this place, a total rip off
