Waited almost two hours before I saw anyone. I needed stitches. No hurry to see me. I waited for a procedure room to open up. Not sure if any other FastMed Urgent Care would have been better.
This is my second critical review (see mine January 30, 2025). This place is terribly run, the reviews are bad, and the manager knows it. I spoke to her. I've been getting billed by them, which I ignored. I had to pay before I was even seen. I have Medicare, to which they should've submitted the bill. Instead, they sent it to collection! They didn't open the door until 8:10, the quality of care was substandard, and they completely screwed up the billing! buyer beware!!
Very bad service, rude employees,and long wait time. A woman named Tabitha seemed very irritated and didn't want to address my problem. I don't recommend going here.
Arrived at 8 AM for my 815 appointment and no one comes to open the door. At 8:20 I elected to leave to get to work. Not sure how they can afford to stay open with crappy management like this. Ridiculous
Dr.Brian is a quack, doesn't care about his patients at all Came in with a dog bite wound and told him I wouldn't be able to work and he told me "he could write me in for easy work," " I'm a manager I told him I'm not allowed to just do easy work" and he said "that's between you and your job." please do not come here with real medical issues this place is a joke.
Less than one star. It was necessary for my 81-year-old husband to take strong does of antibiotics in preparation for amputation of a toe. The antibiotics caused severe diarrhea over a period of several days. On July 8, The surgeon's office instructed him to go to urgent care to get a C-diff test. The attending PA at FastMed said he was sure my husband had C-diff, discussed how contagious it is, and wouldn't even let my husband leave a test sample in the restroom at FastMed. I wrenched my knee really badly. I knew it was a soft tissue injury, but I was in incredible pain. The PA (he never introduced himself) who saw me was horrid. Worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. He started forcing me to bend it (it wouldn't and it hurt) and then told me,"try not to scream." Then he moved it around, but never looking up to see me white knuckling the table or the tears in my eyes because he was making it so much worse. This is the worst Urgent care I've ever been to. The doctor or medical assistant don't listen to your complaints. The care is very low standards it's like a drive through but the issues are not addressed. To add insult to injury they make you take a survey about if the doctor and staff clean their hands. I would sent my worst enemy here.

I took my sister here for a physical exam. She was greeted with attitude from the moment she walked in the door. She had an elevated blood pressure that they refused to treat. She communicated that she regularly takes a certain medication and the doctor would not fill it. They did not do any diagnostics whatsoever- no bloodwork, no urinalysis... nothing.
