My husband went with flu-like symptoms on 11/15/17. They never tested him for it. The doctor seemed disinterested in helping him and kept yawning. He then diagnosed him with bronchitis and prescribed a strong cough syrup for a cough that my husband didn't even have. Needless to say we will not be coming back due to poor bedside manner and misdiagnoses.

A customer twice before. I went online one day before New Year's. Signed up for next appointment on New Year's Day with half hour notification before appointment. Arrived five minutes before opening. Noticed four other customers waiting in parking lot. Long story short NO one opened up the office. Kept getting notifications on iPhone for three hours.

The only good thing about our experience is the wait time was short. But the PA who saw us had TERRIBLE bedside manner. He was super insensitive about my mom's anxiety. The way he explained and responded to questions was very insensitive. He clearly was more concerned about his ego than helping my mother. He raised his voice and talked condescendingly to us. My mother left there feeling even worse. Definitely regretted going. Save your time and go to a Pardee Urgeny Care clinic or the emergency room.

Came in for a physical was told that i needed to be checked for sleep apnea. I asked for a referral was told i had to find a specialist on my own. They would refer or help me locate one. Eould not answer my questions they acted like i was a burden and could not get me out fast enough. Very unprofessional. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone.

This place is not even worth your time. The guy at the front desk was very rude for starters, & talked to me as if I was an idiot & other patients that way as well. I came in because I had a very bad cold that turned into a sinus infection. I waited for 30-40 minutes while there were plenty of people in the back that could have seen me. The nurse was very polite & so was the doctor, but then I give them my card & insurance card & they said it was a $40 dollar copay, which is normal. Went to fast med in Hendersonville NC with bad infection in upper respiratory tract. PA gave me some eye drops and said that was all that was necessary and that it wasn't conjunctivitis. Two days later I had to go to ER. They diagnosed me with conjunctivitis and bad bronchitis. Do not use this fast med. Frank

I'm going to hold off on my full review till I see how the management of this facility handles this hole situation with our trip there Thursday and Friday . as of now I'm going to give the management the opportunity to deal with this situation before posting my full review sence the PA is new. But I will say they are rude and arrogant and a few other choice word's for the PA that seen my husband. If they choose to ignore the behavior of the PA I will not return to this facility and will report to BBB.

This place is a rip-off!!! I went in to get a flu test. I waited 20 minutes (at 8am and no one else was in the office) and then was seen by a STUDENT Physician's Assistant (no doctor was even in the building). Then they charged my insurance $330!!!!!!! After the BCBS "discount", my portion was $226! Shocking to have to pay $226 for a flu test! I called the corporate office numerous times and no one would call me back to discuss the outrageousness of the charges. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, BCBS, and the medical auth... read more

This is a horrible place. Pardee Urgent Care is always full, but that is the reason. I took my daughter there and the Dr. prescribed something that was no longer available. The pharmacist recommended a substitute, but when we went to pick up the prescription, they had called in the wrong medicine. It could cause death if used and was not for what we went in for.
