The wait was to long . And my head was really hurt i need help right away
I have been here several times the last few years and have been diagnosed accurately and cares for with the utmost concern. Staff always listened to my concerns and they showed empathy and special care. Even the check in process was quickly and professional. I highly recommend this facility. The waiting room, examination room and restrooms are immaculate and sanitized. CARING STAFF during all of my visits!
Walked in at 6 pm on a Wednesday with a fevered 8 year old when they close at 8. Not a soul in the place. They told me they could not take any more people for the day bc all of their slots were filled earlier in the day for walk ins. I clarified that for the next 2 hours they would remain open but could not take any more patients and they confirmed. Don’t pay them in cash. They’ll take your money, not deposit it to your account and then bill you for that SAME amount that was paid in cash. They ask for a receipt and sadly I never received it and didn’t think to question it at the time as I was ready to go and get my medicine! Anywho the Doctor was great. Some of those people at that front counter are untruthful though, to say the least.
This place is a joke. Most expensive one I’ve been to and got no help.
INACCURATE ON SEEING PATIENTS IN TIMELY MANNER. always two hours or more even had to leave and return next day simply Horrible service won't be back three bad experiences
had a horrible experience with a service provided. i wont go in to detail here and had to go here because my company uses them but some services are run horrible. i had to do a standard drug test for work and they dont provide a way of doing it correctly. they potentially violate your HIPA and might open the door for a lawsuit. And no i am not a drug addict or was worried about a positive for any drugs as i am sober.
