Check-in process is insane. If you check-in online, then AGAIN on the tablet, then why AGAIN at the desk? I took a picture of my cards, because the tablet ask ME to do it, then I need to get them back out and hand them to someone at the desk? So why did I just do that? For a physical pt that's fine. For those with acute care needs, it's redundant and aggervating to say the least. Leaving an open card on file is insanity IMO (and from the reviews I have read others also). The last three visits (different patients, myself, hus... read more

Did not appreciate the check-in process, as I was required to provide my social security number as well as a credit card number on their iPad. Waited fifteen extra minutes while others checked in and were seen after we had arrived while the receptionist called corporate to find out what to do when I refused to provide a credit card number (even though my insurance covered the visit entirely). Then, a nurse came out and rudely explained to me that there was nothing that they could do for my child (who had nursemaid’s elbow, a... read more

Literally was just turned away with flu symptoms because I couldn’t give her my debit card, when I told her I’d be happy to authorize it for $25-30 she laughed and said no we don’t play those games here; proceeds to ask me if I have another form of payment and when I said no hands me my insurance card (that was accepted) & my drivers license and yells NEXT....thanks fastmed y’all have some amazing policies and employees working there!

I went in to the office with flu like symptoms and was not even tested for the flu. It took me having to go to another urgent care and paying another co pay for them to properly examine and diagnose me with the flu. The woman at the front desk was rude. When I initially entered the office it took her about 5 minutes to acknowledge I was even there. My husband called today and spoke with someone who stated she was the supervisor just to find out whether or not it was protocol for them not to test for the flu if someone comes ... read more

Very disappointed in this place! I would give it 0 stars if that were an option. First of all, there was no one in the waiting room and we waited almost an hour (not FAST at all). I took my daughter there for an injury hoping for an X-ray. They (a PA and a student - who never looked up from his computer) were extremely rude and didn't seem to care how the injury occurred. The PA moved her arm and said it was probably a sprain. They did not provide her a sling, but told her no physical activity for one week and you can ... read more

These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Not even a different wrong code, but THE EXACT SAME WRONG CODE. Also, no one ever, and I mean ever answers the phone at the corporate office. It prompts you to leave a message. Well y... read more

Fast med should be slow med. Awful service too. Been here for over an hour just for a simple drug test. Empty when I got here. Full house now. Smh. When I asked how much longer, the lady said with a slight attitude that she was checking me in now. That was 45 mins into my wait.

3 hour wait. They need more than one doctor to take care of their patients. The receptionist needs to work somewhere else. She can't handle the upset patients. Maybe the name should be changed to slow med.
