Absolutely awful wait. I’ve been here for 1.5 hours and haven’t been seen. I think they’ve only taken 2-3 people back in that time as well. This is just ridiculous.

Not tell at someone across the room in front of people, making me wait at the desk for you to input my info. Start asking me medical questions at the desk for people to hear. Didn't want to treat me, stated might have to send me to the ER. When I wasn't deterred looked for a reason to decline my medical treatment by now not accepting the same ID that's been okay up until today. I scheduled an appt at 1:45pm today and I was there 8mins early... at 2:58pm I left... I watched everyone who was in there and everyone else who came in after me go through the doors to be seen (or whatever their business is)... what’s the point of having online appts if it takes longer than it would have taken me to drive to the VA Hospital in DURHAM and back???

I took my daughter to get tested for COVID-19 at FastMed in Burlington. The staff member who called us back was not wearing a mask. I thought that would change when it was time to get up close and personal. You can’t swab anyone’s nose from 6+ feet away. Well, before I realized what she was doing (because she didn’t explain what she was doing), she was testing my daughter, up close and personal, neither of them wearing a mask - my daughter had to remove hers to be swabbed, obviously. Sharon working at the front desk is rude, and unprofessional..I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment today, for my son, to be seen at the Burlington, NC location. Appointment was confirmed for 3:05pm. When I arrived, I was told he would have to wait two hours to be seen because they gave away his appointment time to someone else. I asked to speak to whomever is in charge and was basically told if I complained they would make sure we waited even longer than the two hours they quoted to me. Both people I spoke with refused to give ANY information on who to contact to complain to. Is this how FastMed does ... read more

for starters, when answering the phone they could have a little less of an attitude. then after I ask my question and get a response and thank them and tell them to have a great day, I expect not to be hung up on mid sentence. 😡

Scheduled an online check-in for 1:45. Went ahead and completed all the paperwork online. At 1:00 they texted me to remind me to head that way. I got there about 10 minutes early. It’s 3:15 and I’m still sitting in the lobby. I can’t see that online check-in does ANYTHING as everyone else is getting called before me. Now I’m late back to work and will actually have to leave shortly (without even being seen) to pick up kids from daycare. Don’t promise expedited service if you have no intention of honoring it.

Still waiting after an hour ! Need to remove the word fast out of the name! Fast med very slow misleading name
