They had a long wait with less than 20 people in the waiting room, some patients were denied service due to 3-4 wait they were closing at 4. I knew my son had the flu. They stated they could not treat him for it, but can help with the cough with an inhaler....I scratched my head on the way out the door.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The PA didn't want to hear what I had to say, I appeared to be only a number, to her. She wanted me in and out and she had no bed side manner.
Was there for 3.5 hours waiting. All the people were nice but couldn't figure out why it took so long.
Was very slow waiting was disappointed compared to other FastMed locations doctor was very nice though and staff, besides receptionist wasn't friendly at all
Had to give 1 star but definitely doesn't deserve it. Came with an emergency at 3:37 which I know is close to closing by I can't control when an emergency happens. The doors were locked. I called and lady Liz told me she was in the middle of an emergency and didn't have time for me right now. I asked her what time I needed to come to be seen and she told me they had been there since 8 that morning so we could've come earlier. More like slomed slowful care! They were really slow and the man who helped us had not idea what he was doing �
Receptionist rushed through everyone's information making NUMEROUS mistakes on mine alone, let alone entering information wrong for two other waiting patients that resulted in "I'm sorry, you dont have insurance and this visit will cost you $200+". She was also far too informal with everyone, yelling across the waiting room "Hey Erica..." or "Hey so and so". Her overall attitude needed checked. I waited almost 2 hours before being seen. By the time I left, I had been there 3 and a half hours.
They are super slow should change name and have short staff
