Went to Urgent Care after being stung twice in the chest by a Cow Killer hornet. I was seen and treated by a physician within 20 minutes of arrival. They treated me as if I was their only patient. Very professional staff.
I went here reluctantly at the urging of my wife and because my pain was almost intolerable. I was really worried about the quality of care I would receive after some of the reviews I had read online. I went on a Saturday afternoon. While the total time to see me was around 90 minutes, it was much needed. While in my situation the diagnosis was unclear, they still knew what to do to make me feel better. They even had me hang around after getting medicine to ensure there was no side effects and that it was working. Kudos to Dr. Murphy and her team!
Don't go to the fast med that ms Davis works at in high point nc
This is the most ridiculous clinic that I have ever seen! Do not waste your money there. The PA that I saw named Rachel had no idea what she was doing. She actually told me that she didn't know what was going on when I went in with a sore throat, but then had the nerve to refuse to do a strep test! I had to beg to get it some testing done there. Ultimately, I had to see my primary care doctor for assistance. This place is a joke!
Sent the following message while sitting in their office today. I still haven't heard from their corporate office. This is the last time they will see me at their office. "We have been waiting for two hours and a half. Mitchell at the high point Nc skeet club road facility finally came and talked to us. Evidently he is the Dr. And also office manager. Never return calls(left messages with actual people). Had questions as simple as acceptable ID(lost mine but had paper from DMV, don't have passport, but had everything else including school ID, state-issued permits, etc)....had to go in person just for them to say "no".
It should be called slowmed because it took forever to see a Dr.
