I'm incredibly thankful for the wonderful team that helped me out on a holiday, while most medical facilities are closed Fast Med was open. The receptionist was very professional and very helpful, I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Osman had a very pleasant disposition and treated me with great care. Thank you guys for your service!

I was a little skeptical when booking an appointment based on the negative reviews. We were desperate for a doctor on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, so we took a chance. We booked an online appointment 45 minutes later and headed on our way. Amazing staff, from the front desk receptionist to the RN and the Doctor! All amazing... Today was my first visit to a FastMed, I saw they had an e-checkin so I called first to make sure what was advertised was really how it worked and the person who answered the phone answered all of my questions and advised that e-checkin would save me time when I came in. I was a little reluctant about going in but I'm glad I did. The coughing and sinuses was going on two weeks . There was no wait time and getting signed in was a breeze. Nurse Kim and doctor was very nice and helpful, they listened what my symptoms where, the doctor prescribed medication and thank God they worked, feeling 100% better today. A big thank you to the staff.

I cut myself and showed up 10 minutes before they closed. No one was rude or seemed annoyed, as you can get that at some places. They took me back almost immediately and I was out in 20 minutes. Staff was top notch and compassionate. I'm glad i made it in time.

Visited the facility on Skeet club RD in High Point NC It was very clean and maintained. The staff (Rachel, Rhonda and Neicy were very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this facility

Friendly staff and very little wait time. The nurse staff was wonderful and Dr was well educated and listened. I will be using this location if I have a urgent care in the future. It was clean and organized. They even called a few days later to check on me to make sure I'm feeling better. Proper health care is refreshing these days to get.

I came in on a Saturday, 15 minutes before closing, yet I was still in and out in 40 minutes. The doctor that was there was top notch. He listened to me, broke things down without making me feel stupid, and was actually correct in his diagnoses of my sinus infection (I thought I had strep throat). I was able to find mold (the culprit!) in my home when I investigated the cause. Who knew over 90% of sinus infections are fungal?
