I've been to this location three times now. The first was an absolute breeze. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The last two times have been far less satisfactory. Both times, I've been unlucky enough to see the same physician, Mitchell. He is the most rude and condescending person I've had to interact with in quite some time. My experience with High Point, NC location.. This place is worthless! First of all, it took me 20 minutes to be seen and I had an appointment. The PA who finally saw me DID NOTHING for my condition. My husband called upon my return home and it she apologized and offered to see me again to run some tests. But I DID NOT WANT to go back after leaving there in tears. They had the nerve to bill my insurance company for an office visit and charge me a copay. When you receive a bill from them it gives you a website for convi... read more

I was the only patient in the waiting room yet waited over 30 minutes to be seen. After waiting 30 minutes the nurse took my vitals and I waited another 20 minutes to see the Dr.
