I would not recommend this agent to purchase a home. We viewed a short sale listing in the city of Kenosha. We viewed the house with a different agent. We had no dealings with Felicia until she sent us some paperwork to complete after we made an offer. I had absolutely no idea who she was or why all of a sudden we were dealing with her as opposed to the agent that showed us the property to begin with. As first time home buyers with a limited budget, we had a very negative experience with Felicia. We found her via a listing online. She was pleasant at first, kept stating she was ranked number one and asked are we ready to be in our new home within 2 weeks. We said yes if we found the right house. We asked how many would she show us and she claimed as many as it took. After showing us only 10 houses in 7 days, she expected us to make an offer.
