Felicia was a perfect fit for us since she took charge of the process and we trusted her to take care of the detials while we were at work or with our busy family. She went above and beyond by replacing our carpet and staging our condo to look it's best for potential buyers. She has great communication with clients via email, text and phone day or night. We were very impressed with exceptional service that Felicia provided to us during our home buying process.
