I have used Felicia Werk on may deals, both buying and selling. She has always been very professional...she is knowledgeable, aggressive and will do every thing she can to close the deal. I would recommend Felicia to anybody that wants to buy or sell a house!!!!!!!!!!! She knows the market !!!! Felicia Pavlica and Hannah Cruse had a buyer for our house, but ignored the fact that the signed contingency had been "satisfied." The contingencies that an inspection be done and an appraisal. Both contingencies were met ("satisfied"), but the realtor ignored that fact. They lowered the price after both parties (buyer and seller) had agreed to the price. We felt that RE/MAX Newport Elite was unethical in their dealings. The buyer later expressed that RE/MAX Newport Elite had not served her well in regard to their service.

Was not to impressed with overall selling experience. Receptionist was slow to relay information and when I asked for her help finding documents that would save on closing cost she would not respond back until finally it was to late. Resulting in me spending more money. As for Felicia she seemed more interested in immediate sale with minimal work. Whenever she called it was for me to shave more money off total cost. I doubt she tried to get me the best cost.

I would not recommend this agent to purchase a home. We viewed a short sale listing in the city of Kenosha. We viewed the house with a different agent. We had no dealings with Felicia until she sent us some paperwork to complete after we made an offer. I had absolutely no idea who she was or why all of a sudden we were dealing with her as opposed to the agent that showed us the property to begin with. Where to start....I had previously listed my home through another realtor and had few showings, poor photos and no feedback from showings. I found Felicia on the web, I searched for the highest producing realtor in Kenosha county. Felicia came up at the top of the results. I contacted her with some reservations of course.
