Felicia is a very thoughtful, considerate and most importanly, a customer service focused real estate agent. She helped me and my wife find our new home on a very tight timeline. She went out of her way to accommodate us, i.e. set -up baby sitting for our grandson while we looked at homes. I don't know of any other agent that would do something like this for their clients. When we get ready to make our next real estate transaction, Felicia is the agent we will be calling to help us. she's the BEST!!!
