Jackie Bryant is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable bankers I have ever dealt with! She explains everything extremely well and has a warmth about her that makes you feel like family! She is usually busy with someone because I believe she is so popular due to her great qualities, but when I get see Jackie, it truly brightens my day! Every time I walk into my Fidelity Branch in River Ridge, I am greeted by Velma, Rhonda, and Jackie by name. I have only been a Fidelity Customer for about 2 years. Prior to becoming a Fidelity customer, I was a Whitney customer for over 40 years, and went through the pain of Hancock Bank and Whitney’s merger.
