I left capital one and moved to Fidelity after capital one wouldn’t help me with the ppp plan during Covid. Fidelity did help me. Jackie set up my account then and although I do not have much money she to this day remembers details we talked about. She is very kind. When I walk in this branch Jackie and Velma treat me like I am very important. Great customer service and kudos to both of them.
