Every time I walk into my Fidelity Branch in River Ridge, I am greeted by Velma, Rhonda, and Jackie by name. I have only been a Fidelity Customer for about 2 years. Prior to becoming a Fidelity customer, I was a Whitney customer for over 40 years, and went through the pain of Hancock Bank and Whitney’s merger. I have been a Hancock-Whitney Customer, River Ridge for over 30 years and because of all the changes, they do not know my name any longer.
