I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experience at your branch while attempting to cash a check drawn on your bank. I presented the check along with my driver’s license and Chase debit card. Christine Hirstius, the Financial Center Specialist, reviewed the check and spent some time on her computer. She then took my check, driver’s license, and Chase debit card into an office to speak with another employee. They also spoke with someone on the phone and provided my name and the check number. I left capital one and moved to Fidelity after capital one wouldn’t help me with the ppp plan during Covid. Fidelity did help me. Jackie set up my account then and although I do not have much money she to this day remembers details we talked about. She is very kind. When I walk in this branch Jackie and Velma treat me like I am very important. Great customer service and kudos to both of them.
