Great service, from checking in to being seen. All staff was great and informative. Wait and checking in online was exceptional. Keep up the good work! Frankfort needs you my family has used your center twice in the last few weeks for illness.

I waited about an hour to be seen as a walk-in. I was taken to a clinic room by a medical assistant and she immediately went over my medical history and asked why I came in to the clinic. I was then seen by a physician assistant. She was very thorough and conscientious about treating my symptoms. I was very satisfied with her explanation about what my diagnosis was and very pleased with my treatment.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful! I was very ill and she was so sweet and even completed my check-in process for me. The lady that did my vitals was phenomenal very sweet and professional. The doctor was very compassionate, took her time and listened to what I had to say. I had been a patient there before when it was called First Care, the facility was much cleaner, and the staff was more professional.
