Julian was great. Very nice and very professional. Appointment time was between 8:00 and 12:00. No one showed. I called to see what was going on. Appt time had been moved to 12:00 to 4:00. I was not contacted about this. Julian did show up within 30 minutes of my calling.

Shower head dripping water with handle off. Contacted First Rate Plumbing and they were at my house within 2 hours. Showed technician the problem. He had parts on truck and repair completed in less than an hour. Would not hesitate to use First Rate in the future.
