Kevin was awesome. My wife and I just moved to the area and unfortunately our AC was out in our new home. Kevin showed up and completely owned the situation. Turns out he had to travel around to get the part to get our AC back up but that didn’t stop him from being absolutely professional and a great guy to be around. Very fortunate to have a company like First Rate around. I will be working with them and them only on my future HVAC needs.
