Tiffany, one of the Service Specialists I spoke with, was wonderful! She answered all of my questions and was very patient and personable. This is why I've financed my last 3 cars with Firstmark, great service and knowledgeable people.
Tiffany Hughes worked with me on submitting documents to telecheck for a forged check. She was most helpful and understanding. It is great that she helped with this as I was and am distraught about this.

Tiffany was great with helping me complete the application I started online. I applied for a personal loan online and the next day I had my money. Super easy process.
Ben was awesome he helped us set up hubby IRA with ease, Then helped with monies that were transferred to MM. As well. I had my spouse open them there I started that acct many years ago. Very happy with service. Thank you. I only didn't like the fact a hold was placed on acct. For cashiers checks from bank to bank its same as cash? O could have asked for cash I waited 7 days for check to clear...at other institution...
