The location I visited was swift and attentive. Everyone was very helpful. Miguel whom helped me with my loan was so kind and respectful. I appreciate everything, everyone did for me.
I looked to this website for information as I worked with Abigail Gutierrez. At first I thought I was going to go through the same problems but she absolutely shined in the process. The beginning & the end was good, very nice ladies helped us out. Ms Nerio was very helpful & explained everything. The Home Lending Specialist Abigail Gutierrez was very difficult to get in contact with, sent her email, text & voice messages & wouldn’t get reply. And when I did reach her & ask her about paperwork I emailed , she’d say I haven’t seen it. We did have to call someone because the money was not in our account on date we were told it would be available.
Tiffany Hughes was very helpful in the process of obtaining an auto loan. The whole procedure went smoothly.
