I was just renewing a CD that had just matured. I was seen right away no waiting. The young man who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Firstmark to anyone who needed a reliable bank.

Once I received approval for loan, Alexandria and I Ariza walked me through receiving and returning documents electronically via email and DocUSign. It made things much easier to do from home; did not need to venture out in freezing weather.. Presto-in less than 2 hrs, my loan was deposited in my account. Thank you /Gracias and great job!
