You listened and you cared what I had to say. You made my transaction even for a sixty nine year old educator easy to understand and I was able to do my business on the same day. Everything was explained to me n a way I was able to understand and she was always professional. I have been with Firstmark for almost thirty years and hopefully for the next thirty years.
