I cant express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from ****, the service technician for Fluidra in my area. One of my technicians mistakenly performed improper maintenance on a customers Jandy JXi heater, resulting in damage to the heat exchanger. Fluidra installed a jandy variable speed pump and have been super happy with the performance for the past two years. When there was an issue with the pump restarting, the local rep was more than happy to troubleshoot over the phone.
