As a pool builder and servicer for nearly 30 years I've found that it pays to work with people and companies that are honest and responsive. We've sold most of these products long before they bore the Fluidra name because they work. Do they get things wrong once in a while? Don't we all? My relationship with the territory service representatives over the years has been invaluable. They've always helped me out in a pinch or been there to bounce ideas off of with difficult installations.
Fluidra is awesome with support and warranty! Have been using their products for years and several pools. Very happy with ********* and have seen great improvement with the app and connectivity. If I've had an issue with their product support is more than willing to help and walk me thru.

We have used Fluidra for over 8 years and have put in hundreds of pools. We can't say enough about their local Service Representative (*************) on their prompt attention for warranty work and overall product quality. We really enjoy their rewards program which was very easy to use. We highly recommend using Fluidra as your pool equipment provider service.
