As a pool builder and servicer for nearly 30 years I've found that it pays to work with people and companies that are honest and responsive. We've sold most of these products long before they bore the Fluidra name because they work. Do they get things wrong once in a while? Don't we all? My relationship with the territory service representatives over the years has been invaluable. They've always helped me out in a pinch or been there to bounce ideas off of with difficult installations.

Fluidra is awesome with support and warranty! Have been using their products for years and several pools. Very happy with ********* and have seen great improvement with the app and connectivity. If I've had an issue with their product support is more than willing to help and walk me thru.

We have used Fluidra for over 8 years and have put in hundreds of pools. We can't say enough about their local Service Representative (*************) on their prompt attention for warranty work and overall product quality. We really enjoy their rewards program which was very easy to use. We highly recommend using Fluidra as your pool equipment provider service. Definitely a welcomed partner for our growing pool company, Pool Envy.

Beware of Jandy / Fluidra Warranty Runaround and Zero Accountability After the 2021 Dallas ice storm, I invested thousands replacing my pool heater with a Jandy JXI400N, purchased directly from Texas Pool Supply (a Fluidra subsidiary) and installed by *****************, my original pool builder. I recently purchased a home. The previous owners installed a new pool with a Jandy V5 FloPro pool pump (thp 2.7). 2 years after install the pool pump completely died. When trying to file a warranty claim with Fluidra, I was told because I was the second owner (I have only lived on this house for 3 months) they would not honor the 3 years warranty. Worst system ever. Any time that the system has an issue, even with the app they tell you to contact your pool professional which we all know is not free.Good luck trying to call their help line. Going on 2:15 minutes now. First it began with my hold time is less than 6 minutes. The 45 minutes later it became your hold time is less than 15 minutes then 20 then your hold time is more than 20 minutes. When you pay this much money for a system it needs to be supported. This is one of those buyer beware that you are on your own.

Filed a warranty claim within the time frame of my warranty, provided all the proof/receipts and had a tech come out to confirm i had a faulty product. Fluidra is still denying my warranty claims.

My Fluidra Jandy pool filter sprung a leak in the seam after only 18 months of use. Several local pool experts, all concurred that it is a manufacturers defect. Ive emailed Fluidra several times and since its out of warranty, they will not issue me any financial compensation. A couple of my neighbors have Hayward pool filters that have lasted them 10 to 20 years. Needless to say, Im extremely disappointed with Jandy pool equipment from Fluidra. This is no way to do business.

I purchased and had installed a Polaris PB4SQ pool cleaner booster pump. It lasted 18 months. They have a design flaw that causes the body to leak right about the time the warranty expires. I should have done a quick web search because I would have seen this is a common occurrence. Im not the only one with this problem.
