I have been a start up tech for a company in ********** for over 2 years. We do the start *** on replaster/pebble jobs and brand new construction for 3 different companys Once we switched to jandy we have had less things go wrong on our start *** and cut the warranty on products to 1out of 20 most of the time zero issues. **** at ***** answers my call at anytime of the day or replies to my text as soon as he can. I have had two generations of Jandy equipment, I have been very impressed by the quality of the equipment, pumps, pool heater, lighting fixtures, WiFi connectivity, and more importantly by the professional support provided. Some WiFi connection issues were resolved immediately by the support manager remotely diagnosing and walking me through the fix.

I have been installing Jandy/Fluidra equipment the last 12 years. Of all the large three companies of pool equipment I love them the most. Warranty work has always been a breeze. Parts are sent to me quick to help my customers. Jandy products are very trustworthy. When there was a small issue, the local rep was very quick to get it resolved and even checked back a week after to make sure I was happy. Would definitely recommend their products

I have been very happy with my Fluidra, Jandy Pool products for many years. I recently upgraded to Wi-Fi connection and was having difficulty with the unit staying online. I was routed to the local service manager, ****, who came out personally and discovered it was my Wi-Fi router, causing the problem. he was able to reset it up on a different network and I have had no further issues. Excellent customer service in my opinion *****.
