Visited this store on the recommendation of my podiatrist. I was delighted to find that this was a true show store with the knowledge and equipment to help customers find the right show at the right price. We worked through my issues, measured my feet (important to measure both and they did), used their scanning device to find areas of special concern. It is great to have a Foot Solution store nearby. I shopped here a couple of times since it opened and always received excellent customer service. Foot Solution stores carry good quality products and this store too. The staff members here have been very helpful and informative about the products they carry.

I LOVE this store and Carmen who is one of the owners. She is so unbelievably knowledgable about what type of shoe would be best for you to wear. She has helped me on several occasions. I strongly recommend this store to those who need advice on the best shoe for YOU! I call Carmen my shoe guru!

I was having some pretty severe piriformis pain and no one could figure out why. I had multiple x-rays, MRIs, tried chiropractic care, massages, red light therapy, heat/cold therapy, PT, cortisone injections, yoga, Pilates, magic potions and spells just to try and make this pain go away. Then finally a little, bubbling thought or desperation popped into my head; what if it's my feet? Before you go to the Dr. if you have foot issues, go to this store. My first visit...... I had chronic foot pain, it was so painful, I thought I would have to cut back on my work. But I found this store. She sat me down, and asked me a few questions, and said it sounds like plantar fasciitis (she's not a doctor) But she knows what she's talking about. I was referred by my Podiatrist to Foot Solutions on Rampart for orthotics. When I called to inquire about their services, received rude treatment by the manager. Decided to call the Foot Solutions Henderson store. Learned that these stores are franchises and independently owned/operated.
