I have hurting ankles and feet so decided to give this place a try. Their web stated that they are foot specialist and measure your foot multiple ways. When I arrive on Saturday afternoon the one assoc was eating behind the counter when he greeted me. I stated I needed a good shoe for standing all day in black. We ordered a pair of shoes for my father in Australia towards the beginning of the month (November). We were told they were on back order and would be in on the 11/12 and that they would call us as soon as they got in, which was fine because I was not flying out to go see him until the 29th. So we paid in full up front and went on our merry way. The staff is very nice. I would be nice as well if I was selling shoes almost $300. Unfortunately I was informed my foot is differant than most other people. I could not believe how many excuses I heard for the shoe they sold me that is too big. This is a speciality shoe store people. The shoes need to fit. I let it go because the sales person was so nice. I figured she had to do this to keep her job. I bought another pair of shoes instead and tried to forget about the big pair. Previously I had observed good customer service, but on the last visit the female hispanic was extremely rude. She did not try to understand the true problem, and did not even agree to measure my feet even though she herself said that feet change, which point I was trying to make. I will not return to this store for further purchases.

My visit started off nice. When I got home and tried my shoes they felt different and I noticed the width was incorrect. I returned them the next day and my salesperson said"they felt alright the day before". Need I say anymore. I can take my 150.00 somewhere where they are more customer friendly. This is why met people are shopping online.

My one star original review was taken off by Yelp. I have proof of purchase. Store has a no return policy that is not observable in the store until you read the fine print on the sales receipt. I purchased $250 dollar walking sneakers which felt OK in the store than turned into the monsters that they were. The inserts were simply wrong and the shoe was longer than it should be because I have a wide width. If you take them home and so much as ware them for a minute they are non returnable. Check the price on Amazon before you make a purchase here. There is a huge difference and they don't price match.

Wife recommended Foot Solutions for a walking sneaker. Tried on a pair of sneakers that I later found out cost over $250 with the inserts. Felt OK in the store but were tight about the widest part of my foot. Sales person said they could be stretched. Wore them the next day for about a mile walk and found they needed to be stretched. Brought them back and left them over night to be stretched. Tried them again and same problem. Found out the hard way, that once they are worn they cannot be returned. In fact the inser... read more

Well, at first I thought the store was pleasant. The male employee is great. However I went back to pick up a special order and one employee didn't say a word to me and the one who helped me was short and hurried me out the door. I then went back later that day, with my mother in law and my girl, and that same employee who was short with me was blatantly disrespectful to my Hispanic mother in law.
